I recently moved to the country. This hung much lower in the sky than it appears in this photo. It hovered in one place over my pasture for probably 15 minutes. Does anyone know what this is and what it does? Very strange. Thanks. PS Quality of photo is not the issue. I know it lacks a lot.

Its a rotary blade saw used to trim trees along railroad tracks and power lines. Check out the YouTube videos.
