Which sequence of 3 shots...

I would use all these excellent shots, Erik. But if you must use just one sequence, I prefer the first one because I think it has the best view of the bird.

As a series, I like 1; 2; 4; and 3.

If it was for a triptych, I'd use 2; 4; and 3.

The first sequence has a beeter time line - the prey, the catch, the capture.

Erik, you make it hard for me with these posts, which I do love but now I need to put my thoughts to words which is the hard part. Both sequeces are great and I love the water movement in the second sequence. I like the first sequence better because I can see the details of the bird and his catch. The difference in very minor and if they were in seperate posts I would not have the same thoughts. My opinion which we both know is worth only $.02. For the set I feel is great

I would go with the first set !!!

i prefer the first set. All are good, I just get a better feel for the bird in the first set.
