You’re grasping for straws now. RAW.

LOL, so if you shoot in RAW you are just recording data on your DSLR. What software do you use to develop your RAW images? :-)

I’m looking for a software program that does everything so I don’t have to take pictures and put forth the effort to achieve what I want.

For those who are not very perceptive, this is inspired by recent posts here on UHH. In other words I’m being sarcastic.

ROFL! Something like this was the Big Buzz in programming back in the 70's -- if you used Language XxX, you would no longer need programmers! Language XxX is long forgotten, but programmers are still around!

I just set my expectation very low. That way I am never disappointed in my results.

You have entirely missed the point of my post, which is people looking for software solutions rather than learning, and putting forth the effort, to accomplish it themselves. Sorry if I bruised your toes when I stepped on them.

It's called a Cellphone Camera. You barely have to do anything and bingo - the results are just what you want.

Perhaps your phone camera takes perfect pictures every time, but mine doesn't. I usually have to edit them to get the results I want.

You mean go out and work at getting a good photograph, know what I want and know how to use my camera to get it myself instead of having a computer do it for me?

Photography always was 'tech meets art.' Why not paint? Less tech there, real art? Wait, a certain blue pigment revolutionized painting. The purists would not be caught dead using it. Before then it was perspective, natural perspective was the only way to go, but then came linear perspective. Gnashing of teeth, throw the brushes into the air in disgust.... paint with burnt ends of sticks on the cave wall.

While you are looking for the imaging program, maybe you can find a word processing program where you type in your basic questions and comments and then by using the "snark slider" your remarks can be reconfigured to represent a certain condenscending attitute. I am not suggesting this for you, but I have occasionally seen remarks posted in this forum that causes me to think that someone has already found such a program.
