Got outside to take a few photos with my new Canon 5DR. I attached it to my Tamron 150-600mm and took a few photos of the local birds. The first photo was taken while I was setting up the tripod with the attached camera/lens. I still need to set up some of the basic functions such as Back Button Focus (BBF). I got a fantastic deal at my local Camera Shop on the price of the new camra and trade in value of the 6Dii. All details will be with each photo.

Jack, appreciate your comments as allways. It is a whole lot different than any camera body I have had in the past, but I am learning and going through the instructure book as I use it.

Jack, the 45 megapixel is the new M body and this is the 5DR body which is 50 megapixels. Regis uses one and we have shared some discussion about them. He has moved to the new M body, not sure if it is the 30 or 45 megapixel body. My local shop did not have any of the new M bodies in stock and he had this new 5DR so I went with it. Will be posting some new photos I took this morning a little later on.
