Only center in focus. Camera or lens?

Sony A65. Never had a problem. Took it out for just some snapshots, came home looked at photos and they all are focused in the middle and blurry on the top and bottom. Tried several lenses and they all do the same.

Looks like a tilt-shift lens.
But, if you'd like some serious help, you have to store the image files so we can see the EXIF data.

I missed the second image stored. But, I don't see from the EXIF text listing the impact setting. Or, maybe I don't now how to translate?

The Sony Alpha A65 and A77 have a Picture Effect mode. Picture effects are with Scene Selection on the mode dial.

Thanks for your help. Sorry Linda beat you to the jump. It didn't occur to me that was a possibility. I look for your photographs and/or critique every day. At 75 there's a lot things I no longer remember.
