Your photo seems to be cropped to square. I'd crop in on the sides to make it a vertical portrait similar to a magazine cover, which would also get rid of the arm, excess hair that doesn't add anything, and her left ear. Then the viewer's eyes are immediately drawn to her eyes and face only which is the most beautiful part of the shot anyway. Very nice with subtle softness while still crisp enough.
I took the liberty of editing to what I'm talking about. If you don't like what I did, that's fine.

beautiful picture...like the crop version by macro..takes care of the eye problem sarge mentioned too...which was a little distracting...all in all tho any version of this is a great keeper!
Lovely picture. Good skin tones. The object to the left of the face is distracting, as are the spots in the eyes. Both can be removed.
