One of my favorite places to take my grandson, and yes to go myself. Located at Garvan Gardens. It's operated by volunteers from the Greater Hot Springs Garden Railroad Society. Three loops of track totaling 389 ft of track with 259 trestles. I've processed these in a variety of ways. Thought I'd share.

Looks good. The NY Botanical Garden has an outdoor G gauge train running - at least they used to.

Last night I watched two videos on YouTube about outside train sets, both in England. One was Lionel size - just being built, and the other was 5" scale, so the driver could sit on the train.

Model trains have always been some of my favorites, on my "one of these days list" is constructing a layout !!

These are excellent. I’m partial to Number 4. They are all crisp and clean. If I were taking these I might have slowed the shutter speed a hair. I would want to capture some movement.

But in all, you are the professional while I’m just an amateur.

Thank you very much for posting!

Happy Shooting!

If you ever find yourself in NYC around Christmas, the New York Botanical Garden sets up a model train system through a NYC city scape where the buildings are built to scale and made out of all natural materials as in straw, sticks and the like. We just happened on it and were blown away by the meticulous detail.
