LED Light Panels

I'm looking for recommendations on LED panels - for constant lighting. I've tried a pair of Newer Bi-Color 660 LED Video lights. They had good ratings from Amazon and were a good price They seem to work well - although the color seems a bit on the red side. (They have bi-color LEDs so you can adjust the yellow and white LEDs separately.
I looked at the GVM lights at B&H - they looked to be a similar design to the Newer lights - but without the batteries.
Not needing to spend more $$, but willing if there is an advantage to doing so.
Thanks for the help.

For what ae you wanting to use these panels? They are available in a wide range of models. From 96 LEDs (or possibly fewer) to 1000 or so LEDS (or possibly more. Some have filters for color balance, some have RGB adjustment allowing them no only to color balance but also to do special effects. Some use batteries only, some AC only, some can use either. We just need a little more information.

These will be mainly used for videos. People and products. I have a set of studio strobes - but they don't work for video. (The modeling lights are incandescent and there is no LED replacement.)
I connected the panel I'm trying with a bounce umbrella to get away from the harsh look.
Battery operation is a good thing - good color lighting is key. (I do shoot for paying clients.) They need to be transportable - and rugged - not falling apart on the set.
I'm not looking for something that mounts to the hot shoe. I have light stands. I don't need special effects but I like the ability to adjust color temp.

Once you have narrowed down your specs, check ebay as well. I picked up a set of GVM panels at a pretty good discount. I also observe that this is one category that frequently gets “lightning” deals on Amazon. Having been burned once by Neewer, i personally avoid that brand, but YMMV.

I have Aputure Light Storm LS 1c contains both 3200K and 5500K color temperature bulbs. More scenes need more versatile lighting. The color temperature adjustment can be controlled by DMX console, remote control, and wheel on the controller box. The Light Storm LS 1 is made of 1536 lamp beads, which are designed and manufactured carefully to have over 95 CRI value. The light it casts looks more natural and accurate. Google it are go to www.samys.com to see pictures and price I love mine I have 2 Bowen’s batteries with double charger I use it for night photography where I need constant lighting, been using it for 2 years now, love it love it love it.
