Another less boring home. I can post some boring examples if anyone would like to see the contrast -- and to illustrate the ups-and-downs of this profession -- shooting both ordinary, non-photogenic and exceptional properties. Oh well, I get paid for both .

Do people actually live in those homes? My house never looked that orderly, even the day I moved in.

Yes. Both homes I posted were occupied. The agents I work with are very good at convincing the sellers to prep and stage their homes for photos and showings. We tell them that when your home is on the market, it becomes a commodity, a product that must compete against other similar homes.
