The Olympus lens is the 14-150 II. I have it and love it, also weathersealed.

Just in case you are unaware - there are two versions of the Panny 14-140. The earlier one is an f4-5.8. The later version is f3.5-5.6.

Both, the Olympus and Panasonic lenses in that focal range are excellent.
