Going just by your avatar photo, was your wedding in the early 1970’s. Yes, you’re old enough.
I remember them,great set Don.
What no mask, oh, 2017. We had a life back then. Considered going to that concert. Now I wish I had!
Started singing it soon as I seen the thread title! Nice catch.

2017 wasn't that long ago. I remember back then!
Hadn't thought of these girls in years. Thanks for posting.
In 1964 I moved off the farm to St. Louis to seek employment. I had a huge crush on the girl living across the street and everytime I hear Chapel of Love it reminds me of her. I have hundreds of these oldies downloaded onto my phone.
Many of the old and wonderful singing groups of the 1950s, 60s and 70s have much older performers now, and many have passed. What we see on PBS TV are that these groups have some of the (deceased and aging) performers replaced by younger folks....but not too young to arouse suspicion....perhaps they might replace a deceased original singer with a young 60 year old.

I have a ton of them also but it can be tough to find originals. Later versions don’t always stack up against originals.
