Pelosi will turn 81 in 6 months. I wonder how much "face work" has been done. I wonder what she is trying to hide. I wonder what she would like without the work. I think she may be the oldest woman in the House. I think her name should be Nancy Botox. I know it's silly, and maybe even cruel but I still wonder how much

At then, the procedure was to cut strips from the neck area and make "plugs".
Depending on the quality and quantity, they would try to fill in that big blank area.
That front hair is (decades later) the soft fuzzy neck hair placed in a cornfield configuration.
Later, more precise techniques available now, use more but smaller plugs.
The best work, with the best subjects, still may not get you that "natural" thick hair effect.
Many procedures can't be reversed. You can put more in, but never take them out.
