i brought the chrysalis in yesterday.i checked it this morning,nothing happening so i went out to do some hurricane prep.when i checked it a couple hours later i had a butterfly.i took a shot and put it out to do what ever butterflies do in a hurricane.

You've had a pristine specimen for a while. Not many of us can say that. Let's hope it doesn't suffer too much outside. Good job of tending it and capturing a photo.

That is a smart looking Swallowtail. We are having strong winds here but not hurricane levels, keep safe.
