Where are the defenders of the constitution? I thought that freedom of speech was a fundamental right protected by the constitution. Tennessee actually wants to fine people for exercising their right to peaceful protest.

I don't see where this restricts freedom of speech. However, this is the first time I've read that r**ting is a protected right and equated to peaceful protest.

If this bill were passed nationwide, would the people who have protested C****a v***s restrictions be fined? How about the armed 2nd amendment right supporters who hung our governor in KY in effigy and stormed the porch of the governor's mansion where he resides with his young children?

You mean the peaceful protestors who are now k*****g police officers, murdering civilians, beating up others, burning down cities and l**ting businesses, attacking police stations and so forth, THOSE peaceful protestors?
