Anyone else collect ball point pens and wall clocks? These are a few of mine.
Canon RP w/Canon 24-70 F2.8 L/II.
I have thousands of pens and other misc. items of no value. Advertising etc. But I don't keep the pens unless it has an ad on it.

Interesting wall clock. What is the most unique ball point pen you have? Mine has a light.

Probably these shown. I had a few hundred of the straight variety that were just atrophying in place, nothing unique, so posted them at our comm clubhouse and asked neighbors to “hep yosef” and they disappeared in just a couple days. At least they were given a role in life other than as a dust collector, and they weren’t heavy enough to be cast as boat anchors.

Speaking of given a role in life, was it here I saw a toilet and its tank converted to a grill (the toilet) and an ice chest (the water tank.) Man, talk abt repurposing!

I have some pens that are from a time when phone numbers had alpha prefixes and a phone call cost a nickel to call across the street. Do I use these pens? You bet. They keep half empty boxes from floating out of my closet.

Nice and why not? They are small items that help us remember the good things from our past.
My basement is full of tools from the past. Each with its own unique design and story.

I have over 400 advertising pens from pharmaceutical companies. The best are Viagras.
