Another one of my favorite past times, cooking for family. Smoked up some Bacon wrapped and BBQ pork tenderloins today for my Mom and Dad's 60th Anniversary

p.8 Looks like it takes nice sharp pix, Val. I remember Lake Wallenpaupac (?sp) I grew up in Morristown.

Wow I grew up in Vernon NJ! Small world!
My mom and dad moved out there years ago while the area is beautiful there really isn’t much in the way of work. It has been growing up a bit but the lake and surrounding areas are still geared towards vacation homes

Thank you for your comment, Pat.These last few days of being in the chrysalis stage is a real easy one for me as I don’t have to clean out the cage daily.

Monarch butterflies feed on milkweed and they lay their eggs on the leaves of the plant. When I put a monarch butterfly caterpillar in a plastic cage I always place fresh milkweed leaves in the cage with the caterpillar. The caterpillar eats the leaves. The included picture shows the caterpillar and the milkweed leaves in the cage. The caterpillar is against what once was the Center rib of what was a full sized leaf the day before!

I'll be looking for caterpillars on the leaves.
