In the first 2 days of the DNC all that has been said is how Trump needs to be gone. Not one policy statement about what Biden will do to make things better. Is it because Biden has nothing original to say?

While I would never say no one could do a worse job, (than Trump) to do so they would have to be very evil, and very talented.
