Saw this ‘57 Chevy across from our local vegetable stand. A few things missing but you get those wonderful fins as a starter. Sorry about the poor resolution for reading the sign but it is cropped from 5x zoom on my iPhone 11.

All parts for a "tri-5" Chevy are available. An entire car can be built from scratch using the right catalogs. Not a problem for this one, assuming the underbody is solid. But then new floors are readily available. And frames, and....
I have seen much worse made to look new but it takes a really good bank account to complete the job. It really depends on the person as to how much time and desire you have to go with the project. Lots of luck should you purchase it.

My 1st car was a ‘57 Chevy Bel Air 2 door hardtop... I still regret selling it any years ago

You and me both. I bought mine for $400 and sold it for $800. Hind sight is 50/50. Could have probably sold mine for $18K or higher now.
