Buy Z50 or keep my Fuji T-30

I have a Nikon Z6 with X24-70S and a DX50-250, as well as a few earlier Nikon lenses.
Additionally have a Fuji T-30 with 18-135 and 18-55 lenses. Am considering replacing the Fuji
equipment and buying the Nikon Z50 as my smaller camera, and concentrating on Nikon.
Would appreciate any and all comments, suggestions and advice. Thanks for your help.

A Fuji T-30 is what an old model pre-X series. Image wise you might find the new Fujifilm X-T4 beats nearly everything but the also high end Sony. Nikon and Canon are kind of behind on innovation and are stuck in the muds.

Tough question. Sounds like you have GAS (Gear acquisitive b syndrome). How often do you shoot with your Fuji? What does your Z6 lack that you would expect to gain by getting the Z50? Sounds like the only one to gain if you got the Z50 would be Nikon.

Keep your lenses and update to a Fuji X-T3 or X-T4. Check them out on DpReview.com. You'll be glad you stayed with the X series.

I think you are better off simply keeping what you have and forgetting about the Z50. Compared to the X-T30, the Z50 is significantly larger and heavier - almost as large as the Z6. There's not much advantage switching the X-T30 with a Z50. Unless you feel the Z50 has some unique feature which will significantly improve your photography.

As always, my advice is to look for comparison reviews. Newer and more expensive are generally better.

Why do you have a DX 50-250?

It comes down what you are comfortable with. They both produce beautiful images.
I tried Fuji also owning Nikon and never got used to the menu and ergonomics.
Nikon is very familiar to me and know my way around the Nikon menu and settings which
the Z50 offers. I have the Z50 as well as a Z7 and D850 and I enjoy the Z50.
It works well with the FTZ adapter with the DSLR lens though a little more awkward
than the mirrorless lens. The kit Z50 lenses are very sharp.
Either way you'll be OK.

But the Z6 is full frame, a DX lens is crop sensor--Don't you get serious vignetting?
