Here in Ct. Helmets are NOT required. And btw not wearing a seatbelt is not illegal. You may recieve a summons but its not illegal. You are not guilty of any crime

Here in Lalaland we ahd a politition heavily sponsored by Bell helmets. Plus others.
Every body knew it, he explained (local constituant business) it, notta biggie.
He continually brought up the passage of a bill to require helmets. Constantly.
It finally passed. He got a "bonus", and retired. THAT's capitalism.
