The point of the meme is that Harris is not qualified to be President (note the title of the thread), which is a complete falsehood. The term "anchor baby" is a derogatory term and is nothing more than an ignorant attempt at a down market slur first propagated by Louie which is why I mentioned him.

Is a baby born on an American airliner over another country an American citizen, regardless of thye parents citizenskip, YES. Is a baby born overseas with parents with american citizenship is an american citisen, yes. These are stupid regulations. And by the way the anchor baby thing is a corruption of the 14thammendment. The framers nrever considered a foreigner illegally entering the country for the express purpose of delivering the baby for the sole purpose of having an American citizen child. The 14 should be ammended to end this occurance
