Love the way you captured the special light that goes with storms.

Great capture. I wish you had put the check mark in the store original box, I would love to download that and see it full screen. The clouds look amazing compared to the sunlight on the house.
Although I have been living in Florida for more than 35 years I admit that the weather is changeable. We cannot expect less from a State with a subtropical weather. We are used to hurricanes this time of year, perhaps many of us do not pay attention to hurricanes as we should. I have been through many hurricanes in my lifetime but I have never seen so much devastation like what I saw during Andrews, I believe it hit us in 1992 but not 100% sure of it. The little city of Homestead was partially destroyed and so was Florida City. Today both cities have grown and there is no evidence of that hurricane anywhere.
Something that calls my attention are those hurricanes that hit us first and then they end up landing in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. That place seems to be an attraction for hurricanes.

Very nice photo, Claudia. You're capturing the change. I live there for two summers and remember well that fact.
