These very flighty birds seldom sit still and snapping one or two is a matter of luck..
I know there should be 3 or 5 etc.,. but thought I waa lucky to get these at some 50 metres away.

Never heard of that "rule". But I don't obey "rules" very well anyway. Beautiful birds. I didn't know NZ had rosellas. Escapees? Or long distant flyers?

My former canera club suggested that the likes of birds etc should be in groups of 3 or 5. Just a composition issue..
