So you have no need for law enforcement or jails/prisons in Canada? Good to know. The Mounties just keep the stray unicorns from s**tting in the streets? I always thought clubbing seals was pretty cruel myself. Much cleaner and more humane to have shot them with a .22. But then clubbing was acceptable for years by Canadians and the rest of the world while shooting them for a more humane death would have always been verboten.
