Gradient Tool Issue

I am trying to find Russell's Rainbow in the Gradient Tool in PS CC. Online instructions indicate to click on the Settings icon in the Gradient Tool window, and then Special Effects. But Special Effects isn't an option when I do that. It's supposed to fall near the bottom of the menu that pops up on the right. Help!!

Use the import gradients and point it to where you have the gradient file located. You should then see it on the left menu by scrolling down.

The problem was I didn't know where PS CC 2020 stored the Legacy Gradients. I found it using Windows file search: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2020\Required. Thanks for the assist.
