Nice idea, td! We recently had to put my best friend, Rhett Butler, down with advanced kidney failure.
Always a wrenching experience -even though you know it's in the animal's best interest. He had 14 1/2
excellent years with us. Still think of him daily.....
Oh JJ, I'd forgotten that. It's so hard.

That's what I want to achieve! Looks like she came up from behind instead of with her face in the water like the girl I shot did. It was just a quickie shot - I'll try some more next time I have Chloe to work with.
No, Joslyn started with her face in the water
and then flipped her head backwards.
Trust me, I wound up taking a ton of pictures
before I got the result I was looking for. I just
wish I was in the water with her so I could have
gotten a better perspective; I was outside of
the pool and had to shoot down on her.

We used lake water to do dishes, flush toilets and son in law brought over their generator which was a big help. Awful about what youu lost
Thanks Pat, but it is what it is. Just a monetary
loss; the worst part was the inconvenience and
the clean-up...lol

Sad to hear of your loss judy, my best friend I had to make the same decision back in 2002 after 18 1/2 years with me.
Still miss him daily
