Very nice, jederick. I think a few bucks at Home Depot would make that liveable again. Then again, maybe not.

There would be a considerable amount of sweat equity involved with that proposition, Bob...and, not at my age!!

Thank you Scruples and I appreciate your suggestions. The cabins roof line is sagging drawing the walls in so I don't think a tilt shift lens would help in this situation. Also, I don't have one and probably never will own one as at this stage in my life (78) I'm going lighter with camera gear. I know B&W is favored by many for these old structures but, I'm just not into it. I do try it sometimes and I can never get it to look right to me. Anyhow, the old story about blondes and redheads...
Thank you Scruples and I appreciate your suggestio... (show quote)

I understand your reluctance with a tilt shift. Even though it’s not as cumbersome or heavy as some think. They are rentable for a few days or even a week. But if I’m in your neck of the woods, I can let you borrow mine. The mechanism is very interesting none the less.

When using a Monochrome, be sure to use gray cards. They can make a shadowed area have depth.

If my suggestions are not up to par or are offensive, please accept my apology for my critiques.

No harm, no foul, Scruples...I do appreciate your input and suggestions so please keep them coming. It is just that being as old as I am, I'm kinda set in my ways and just march to that music.

Judging by what is said, I think I’m older. If not we can always trade our Monopods for canes. Oh darn! Where did I leave that contraption again? LOL!
