In 2017 I toured with my church choir to Spain and Portugal. On our travels we visited many lovely places, including Salamanca, Spain. I had the pleasure of taking photographs of the New Cathedral of Salamanca, some of which are displayed here. It was constructed between the 16th and 18th centuries in two styles: late Gothic and Baroque. Building began in 1513 and the cathedral was consecrated in 1733. It underwent significant restoration in 1992.
