My friend Dennis was admitted to a nursing home last month. He has asked me to sell off his equipment as he will be needing the funds going forward. I'm a Nikon guy but I told him I would do what I can to help. This is my first attempt - there will be more cameras for sale.
It is in very good condition - don't know the shutter count - has lens hood, strap, battery, lens cap. Does not have battery charger. Very minor wear and tear.

Price is too high. I bought mine a year ago with dual charger, 2 batteries, strap, original box and a big book covering all the features of the camera. I paid $700.

Have you considered getting quotes/selling to B&H or Adorama? They seem reliable and fair. Of course they take a cut, but it might be worth looking into. I know you want to get as much for your friend as possible, but those dealers can offer a small warranty too. Just a thought. Best wishes to your friend.
