I’d retrieve what ever images I could and then throw the thing away. Pretty simple solution.

Thanks Don - I usually use 32GB cards - but these were such a good deal ( No such Thing) I couldn't turn it down

A professional photographer put a sticky nout on all disks with the date of purchase

The 810 is known for SD card error- in a lot of reviews you can read about it. Maybe it’s not your card at all.....
