Pensacola Fishing Pier on a cold February morning. I have posted a few others taken on this day, but I found this one last night while going through the archives and was intrigued by how the light caught the waves.

I gotta say Johngault007 ... This is one hell of a photo. I took the link to your Flickr page and Holy Crap all of those photos are incredible as well. I have been to all of the places you shot and still didn't see the detail you did. KUDOS to you and Keep 'em Coming!!!

I am humbled by your comments for sure and thank you for taking the time to take a look around my Flickr page! I am still learning and this forum has helped me get to a point that I am happy, but still growing for sure.
As for seeing these places differently, I guess living here provides that advantage. With each photo I produce, I've probably visited that place many times under varying conditions and lighting. And best part is a lot of these places are only 5-20 minutes travel time, so I can jump up and go when interesting conditions pop up (storms, clouds, etc...).
Orlando is one of those towns as a Floridian I have visited on many occasions, but I am pretty sure I couldn't find the same shots you find living there.
Wow, this is amazing! I too just spent some delightful time on your flickr page. Your eye for detail and composition is wonderful! Please keep sharing!
Wow, Tony, that is a wall hanger!
