Taken a couple of years ago. Did some rework on some of the images from that trip since I have nothing but time on my hands. All shot with Nikon D800 and either Tamron 28-75 or Tamron 14mm. The first two are the same shot, just color or B&W. The last shot looks like a wildfire but it is actually a Death Valley sunset. The foreground on the last two images is salt.

The 4th one down is so reminiscent of the great Ansel Adams. The sky is incredible. This one is a real wall hanger. B&W really makes this photo.
