Don't need to open it. Pictures from internet would do. And a description. I had no idea what it was until I searched. A drone, and a good one!

I would be wrong it I do not believe he recover needs a pay pal account to revive money. I believe, if you have a pay pal account you can pay someone without them having an account. Pay pal will just send a check instead if transferring he money.
