Breaking: THEY CAUGHT THE 3 PEOPLE WHO JUMPED A PREGNANT MOTHER AND HER 4 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER.

During the assault at the Thomas Terry apartments, the woman was punched and stomped by several women, and a 14 year old male suspect kicked a 4-year-old little girl in the head.
The child had minor injuries, but the woman had a concussion and a broken finger.
Two adults and the 14-year-old were arrested and set to be charged with mob action, aggravated battery, and battery to a child.

No matter how hard the press works on this story, I don't think they can turn this one into a story about "white privilege".

I have to wonder if they will not be charged with h**e crimes and if not why not? The victims were white.

People who thought they could get away with violent behavior eventually get caught. All the news media seems to care about is showing the violence and instilling fear in people for their political purposes I suppose. Well, I post these to show that justice is served and people can't just get away with evil.

I asked this question because I actually don't believe in h**e crimes, I think that the violence in this crime speaks for itself and that is what should be punished, the motivating factor is inconsequential, the actions themselves are what are deserving of punishment. However, if we are to have and prosecute h**e crimes it must be done even handedly, it can not only be white people prosecuted for h**e crimes and the statistics would suggest that even though there are plenty of h**e crimes perpetrated against w****s they are rarely prosecuted. I am for getting rid of h**e crimes all together and metering out justice based on the actual crime committed against the victim.
