Wow is this comet active now? Looks like it’s visible to the naked eye.

It was visible with binoculars before sunrise when I took these a few days ago using time exposure (1+ seconds) and tripod. It is no longer visible in the morning. In a few days it will be visible in the northwest, below the big dipper (low to horizon, 5-20 degrees above horizon), 1.5 hours after sunset.
You still might need binoculars to find it, but you will be able to photograph with tripod and time exposure around 1 second at around f/5.6 and ISO=3200-6400. It will be visible for a couple of weeks, if it does not dim or burn out. Closest to earth (brightest) will be July 22/23.

Thanks jaymatt!
It should be coming back into view tonight at 90 minutes after sunset and below the big dipper at 10- 20 degrees above horizon. Brightness will peak July 22/23. Easiest to find it with a wide angle lens at high ISO and then you can zoom in on it and fine tune your exposure and ISO.
