I believe you are right, LSU Ag is in every Parish (county) in the state. Their fisheries section has a research facility deep in the bayou. (You can’t get there from here) they hold numerous patents for animal husbandry, fisheries, RICE production, pecans etc. Being raised in the country I always thought it was a given that if you had a problem with your garden, they were the people to call! Never considered ice cream!

Must be tough having to do a turn as "Taste Tester" to earn credits. I mean being forced to eat ice cream!
Of course that also produces students who want to take the Health/Nutrition Department's "Weight Control" classes.
