Help with Lightroom Classic 9.3 release.

There used to be symbols at the very top right of my Lightroom work space. These allowed you to make the window smaller, minimize the window or close it. They consisted of a dash, a square and an X. I could grab the window by placing the mouse in the grey space and dragging the window to a second monitor.

For some reason these symbols have disappeared. I have tried to search for them without luck. Any help in finding them would be appreciated.

I would uninstall and redownload the program but I do not want to lose my catalog.

I believe if you move your finger on your trackpad (or mouse) up to where they were, they will appear. I know there is a setting to keep them on screen, but I forget what that is. I like having the extra screen space and mine are there when I want them. I would NOT recommend re-loading as this is a setting somewhere. Best of luck.

Another search gave me the answer. Pressing and holding the shift and alt keys on a Windows computer, while starting Lightroom, opens a screen that gives the option to reset the preferences. Doing this restored my missing symbols.

FWIW, reinstalling software will not affect your data.

OR... instead of setting everything back or reinstalling you could hit the "F" key to toggle you in and out of full screen which would give you back your title bar with the 3 icons.
