Bill de Blasio tells Wolf Blitzer that he is banning all large gatherings in New York City except for Black L***s M****r protests.
Bill de Blasio said "we have to respect" Black L***s M****rs protests as a "moment of change" while accepting that we can not have gatherings such as parades and fairs.
