With the surge in C***d infections, medical workers are once again being hit with shortages. We don't have enough masks, gowns, gloves, or face shields. These aren't high-tech items. We should be able to crank these out by the millions. What's the problem?

A new shortage - coins. Stores have signs asking for the correct change.

Conservatives Trying to maximize their profit going after the cheapest labor and lowest processing costs. It's ALL about the money. You answer makes no sense.

L*****t politics? What BS. Corporate greed is more like it. If you can get it done with prison labor in China to save pennies then that's the way things will go.

Look at the MAGA label and the labels on the daughter's products. They don't say "Made in the USA".

You are 100% correct--- it is L*****t politics BS. There was ample time for these hospitals to overstock on the PPE's. Maybe it is time for a few folks to receive the big Barium E but careful they will run out of enema bags and will reuse the old ones atleast 5 times. Pray that you are first in line. Oh sorry I forgot you lefties don't believe in PRAYER.

« Corporate Greed » is a negative description of business decisions made when shareholders demand profits and consumers reward low prices. IMHO, the offshoring of our manufacturing capabilities is more like « It seemed like a good idea at the time. » In hindsight, maybe not.

I'm often reminded of the praying Southerners, and others, who apparently said, praise the Lord and keep on supporting s***ery.

OK, let's take your complaint about face masks. A manufacturer of face masks sees the need for increased production. They buy more equipment to train employees or they go to a double shift and hire more people and then after spending who knows how much money they are ready to increase their production of masks. Guess what. Now there are all these various sites that tell you how to make your own. Oh....$hit. I think after the initial onslaught most of the needed equipment is becoming more readily available. The lag time is a lot shorter. Even toilet paper and paper towels. Why the hell was there a run on those two items? Do you know??

Are you saying that liberal business people don't try to maximize profits? The goal of a corporation is to maximize shareholder wealth. Shareholders include all the working people whose 401k and pensions depend on those profits. I'd h**e to retire on Social Security alone. Oh, wait, we can ask the government for food stamps and welfare since corporate profits could no longer support my hard earned retirement plan.

The reason Walmart does so well is that the shoppers in our country want cheap prices. Fewer people today choose good service over lower prices.

Read a book.

Both Bushes and Obama bowed to China.

NONE of them were conservatives.

If you have to fabricate a point, you don't actually have a point.
