Great job on the chrome. Lovely pic. And I don't think the loss of detail in the darker regions matter one jot in this picture.

That is a nice picture. My husband for some reason at 77 wants to buy a Harley. That will not happen until I can increase his life insurance policy. Do have any idea how hard it is to get life insurance for a 77 year old who wants to learn how to ride a motorcycle??

Any tips on your work flow in processing this stunning image? I want to be able to get these type of results in hi-contrast b&w but so far it has eluded me. Any suggestions, links, whatever would be much appreciated... Thanks!

photo looks great. I did a picture something like this a long while ago and a fellow hogger Erv told me to go back in photo shop and add some blue to the picture it would improve it.Even though it was a black and white picture it really improved the looks of my picture. I still add blue to my black and white chrome pictures.

DL is gorgeous! Almost creamy-looking chrome. B&W does this image justice. Thanx for sharing.
