Nice shots. Would like to visit there some day.

Like ‘em all, Jim, but damned if #4 doesn’t grab with amazing feel and impact!
That will stop a gallery stroller in his tracks!

Really great shots. Will have to remember Route 211 next summer (Hopefully) when I'm in Utah. Downloads are terrific.. Mahalo for sharing.
Beautiful pictures; love the sky, especially 2nd & 3rd pictures.

You'll be in Ootah (hopefully), JoAnne? O My Heck! Two-Eleven is the (primary, paved) way into the Needles. If you head out that way (pro tip: you WANT to head out that way!), you'll go past Marie's Place, through Photograph Gap --pro tip #2, watch out for zillions of deer if you drive it in the evening...--, then drop into Indian Creek Canyon, pass Newspaper Rock (which is just one of the more 'obvious' of the of the HUNDREDS of somewhat more 'significant' Native American rock art sites that lie along the next 10 miles) before you get to Heidi Redd's ranch/the Nature Conservatory's 'Dugout Ranch' (got a little drunk at a wedding there in '08....), and on into the Needles. Which isn't too bad either. Trust me; you'll like it.
