I have a package presumably coming today that came from FL to the Pittsburgh area from which it would normally come to my local post office by the next day. Instead the package spent a 4th of July vacation in Grand Rapids, MI. I have another small package that has presumably been at my local post office for 3 days. So far no delivery date has been set.

I ordered two items from B&H and when delivered a week later (FedEx) one item was missing. Called B&H and they said that the second item was sent in a different package. It took two weeks to get the item. received it yesterday and the driver said that it should have been delivered a week prior. Too many packages and too few people to do the work. tracking was all messed up.

I have a similar ongoing saga in process with a China order placed on April 12 via PayPal. Still hasn’t arrived. It’s a toss up between the vendor and PayPal on which is giving me the worse customer service. Lesson learned on both fronts.

Could be worse. If you had ordered from Wish, it would take much longer. My order was placed May 10 and haven't gotten it yet. They keep extending the receive date. Latest was July 6. Well that didn't happen! Just checked and now it's Aug 5. So DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM "WISH"; a Chinese company. Bad company choice by me.

I have tracked packages sent to me from the US that have landed in Mississauga Ontario which is about 2 1/2

hours from my house and from there I have tracked them going to Winnepeg to Regina, then Saskatoon and

back to Mississauga and then to Ottawa and finally to my address. This all taking an extra 12 days or more.

This has happened to me several times. Why do they feel that our packages should get a tour of Canada first?

I now have a package from Taiwan sitting at the Canada exchange since May 15. It hasn't even begun its tour

of Canada yet.

FEDX uses a lot of private contractors, not that there's a difference.

I don't think this is just an issue with Amazon, as it seems to happen from time to time with all of the delivery services. I had a similar issue with a FedEx delivery last year that started out in New Jersey, went to a FedEx center 10 miles from where I live (but in a different County), then to Brooklyn, then to Connecticut, before it was delivered to me. I don't know why this seems to happen, and don't understand why, but it does seem to happen from time to time.

Then you have this... this past Thursday night (July 2), I ordered 10 items from Amazon. Seven of them were supposed to be delivered today, but showed up yesterday before noon. The others are supposed to be delivered Friday. So far, so good. We'll see what Friday brings.

I sold an item to one of my eBay buyers in Minnesota, normally I use usps but by mistake I bought a shipping label for Federal express, and I delivered the package to regular post office. Well after little while my buyer wanted to know about the tracking information. When I realized my mistake I went to my local P.O. and after I waited in line for 35 minutes the postal lady told me not to worry about. Days after I went back to the same P.O. spend same amount of time spoken to the same lady got the same “ not to worry about “ . After few more days I sent a message to my buyer for the third time I and got no answer from him. I called the P.O. Central Florida distribution center and after two hours on the phone I had them call me back the next day. A very nice lady created a case and given me a number. Few days letter no call from the P.O. but a message from my buyer. He said it was delivered to an apartment across the street with similar address and finally he received it. Every one live happily after that. I don’t know what is the moral of my story but I’m not “going to worry about” and closing the eBay business.

I ordered something 3/21 without realizing it was shipping from China. In late May it showed delivered to a front porch in Puerta Rico. I emailed the shipper and was told to give it a few more days. it then showed it had arrived in the US. It showed delivered it the correct address on Jul 2 and delivered again Jul 6th. It has not been delivered. I opened a disputed with PayPal a few weeks ago and they denied my claim. I now have an open dispute through my credit card company. Good luck.
