Here are some images from a recent maternity shoot. For the in-studio shots I've been working on lighting ratios - working on shadows and not having flat lighting. Please let me know your thoughts on these. I always appreciate the feedback and learn so much from all of you!

Nice shots. 2nd is a hair too bright on the face, 3rd one the leg got lost in the dark but still all very beautiful shots.

Well these (the first three) are definitely not flat. If anything, maybe too far the other direction, but nevertheless, a move in the proper direction. I think just a bit of fill on the shadow side might have been beneficial.
#5 ended up with flat light (no nose shadow at all) but pretty nice anyway. Looks like a reflector low to the left for fill. If the reflector is to be the main light - which it is in this case - raise it a bit to get a little shadow on the face with the shadow falling down, not up.
Big improvement!
