I liked the moose when they pulled their heads out of the water and the drops!

Very nice!! I wish we had them here in Oregon. Am I imagining this, or do I see several people behind a log rail on a bridge. Reflected in the moose's eye in the last shot?

Wow, now that is looking close! I do not think that is what you are seeing. There were other people, but not a bridge. I was not looking behind me, so there could have been 4 or so people lined up like that looking at the moose. I was sort of in some trees...

We don't have many Moose in Ohio but White Tail deer do the same thing. Well maybe not exactly the same but very similar. I did not know that they graze on aquatic plants until a couple of years ago when I saw a doe in my small farm pond up to her belly in the water with her head underwater over her eyes, could not believe my eyes. Had never seen or heard of deer grazing like that. I have since seen it several times and have tried unsuccessfully to get good photo of one lifting head with water dripping. I have gotten photos of them with their head in the water right up to the eyeballs but none with the head submerged below the eyes. Still trying.

Wondering if anyone else has seen deer grazing like this. Would like to hear from anyone that may have also seen deer grazing like this.

Not even close. Ungulates include White Rhino and whales, elephants and more.
