Free Cell Phone APP for GPS + Photo

I am interested in a free app for an android cell phone that would allow me to take a photo, with my cell phone, at a particular location and then have the app GPS mark the location for later review. The idea is that when I see a special location for wildlife, scenery, or senior photos I can record it with the pertinent info and download it to my home computer later. This would provide me with a printout map with the photo and the GPS locations. I probably already have the necessary apps already on my phone, but I have no desire in researching all the steps when there is probably already a free app that will do it for me. Thanks in advance for your help. NOTE: I have GPS on my camera. I want this for my cell phone.

Check your phone.
My droid has an option to turn "Location On";
Droid Camera "Location Tag" on/off adds location (Lat-Lon) to the metadata.
Camera FV-5 (another camera app) has "Geotagging" on/off.

Lightroom Mobile will do exactly that. And, it will sync, via the cloud, to your desktop Lightroom. Then you load everything into the Map module and do sync settings.

I keep forgetting it does that. Thanks for the reminder.

I wonder what it would be like to have a "real" camera that has the ability to load apps like Lightroom Mobile.

...a camera computer with which you can't make phone calls.

Exactly. I want a camera with great lenses, computer in it but also a connection. 5G is coming. My phone and post processing computer are connected through Adobe apps. My camera should be too.

Thanks LS I did not realize the GPS on my phone will also add data to a photo. I'll investigate that and FV-5.

Ya might have to wait a bit for that.

(Technically it's the camera app that pulls the GPS data from the phone.)

Which might be one of the reasons camera sales are continuously slowing. Watch a 20 something work a phone camera with apps and then a camera with menus and SD cards, etc. It can be painful.
