Although the firmware on my Z6 is up-to-date (v. 3.00), and my iPhone is a new model with the latest iOS, my Z6 refuses to pair with Snapbridge on my iPhone. The iPhone "sees" the Z6 but the Snap bridge process will not proceed from there to pair successfully. Any hints to fix this would be very welcomed and appreciated.
The manual is wrong. It is easy once you get the simplified procedure. I have posted it before but do not have it handy. Maybe a search will work.
I am pretty sure you need camera on and wifi on the camera off. Then try to connect from Snapbridge. It should find your camera with bluetooth.
Found it:
I learned the simple approach to reconnect Snapbridge in another thread. It works every time now on my D5600 and Z6. Too bad Nikon doesn’t present it in the camera manuals or their new “Network Manual”!
1. Turn off phone wifi.
2. Turn on phone bluetooth.
3. Start Snapbridge app. (switch camera if needed)
4. Turn on camera.
5. Turn on camera bluetooth.

Thanks for that.
Question in your experience is snapbridge reliable? I ask this because I have read it is unreliable on the iPhone. What iOS version are you are using?
