This may or may not be the appropriate forum if not, move it to where it needs to be. I've been debating between a macro lens and a colorimitor. The colorimeter won the debate and Monday I ordered it through B & H Photo based on all the positive comments I've read here. I was not disappointed. It was set to arrive on 7/3 via FedEx. It was here on schedule, my only concern was FedEx as some drivers have a hard time finding us. But this driver was friendly, knowledgeable, etc. In the future, I will not hesitate to order from B & H.

So far it seems to be working well, no problems downloading the software and registering the device.

B&H is well known for hiring only friendly and area-knowledgeable Fedex drivers 🤭🤭

(sorry, this happens to me every full moon...)

But with the Covid face masks it is now easier to hide the fangs.

I am happy for you and the FedEx driver. What is a "Colorimeter"? Is it an expensive device?

B&H customer service has always been stellar (for me). I have purchased a *lot* of gear from them over the years. They are always the first place I look for anything photographic.

I have two lenses on order now, waiting for them to become available. I've heard great things about the new Nikon 500mm f/5.6... I sure hope it will arrive soon!

I never heard of this, but you could fill jacuzzi with what I don’t know about photography. That is quite a piece of equipment. On 2nd thought, you could fill an olympic sized swimming pool with what I don’t know.

I don't even know what I don't know. Most of my gear also comes from B&H.

I believe Fedex provides a field on the airbill for special instructions related to delivery. You might try asking B&H to add that next time.
