Happy Birthday USA!

This 8-year old image of mine has special meaning to me. As my UHH username implies, I was a professional flutist, who in retirement, loves photography. During a portion of my career, I was a US Army bandsman stationed at West Point as a member of the United States Military Academy Band. The Sousa march, 'Stars and Stripes Forever' was my favorite march, probably because of the famous piccolo solo. I estimate I played it at least 400 times! So, Happy Birthday USA! CHEERS!

Actually, it seemed like 400 times year - for 6 years. And yes, the trombones really make it work! Goose bumps!
