Looking for Help

I hope one of my Hog friends can tell me how to post a picture. I've posted many times but tried to
recently without success. Has something changed or is my computer having problems. The method I have used is: choose a file, drag grey bar down to photos, click on pictures, then choose, add attachment.
I get as far as choose file but can't do the next move which is drag the grey bar to photos. There's no grey bar.
I would appreciate any help.

Check the file size and use these methods to reduce the size below the 20MB limit: Recommended resizing parameters for digital images

The OP has learned to rely on dragging.

She needs to learn how to use the “browse” method.

Hi Paul. Thanks for responding. My computer knowledge is poor. I'm surprised I know how to turn it on.
I'm trying to get the browser so I can use that method. One of the aides working in Assistant Living at the retirement community where I live is going to help me. Please tell me what OP means.

Thanks for responding, SX2002. My computer knowledge is very poor. It's a wonder I know how to turn it on.
I am expecting help in getting the browser tomorrow.

This has nothing to do with the ‘browser’ per se.

If you press the “browse” label, you should find yourself in the middle of a list of photos, regardless of what browser, what operating system you have. Regardless of o/s, you should be able to ‘climb’ through the photos {I am sorry, but I use Linux myself, so that is as well as I can do} and find the photo you want. If I were you, I would keep a separate window open, and use it climb via the o/s in parallel.

Depending on context, “OP” means either “Original Post” {first post in this thread}, or “Original Poster” {you}.

Thank you. rehess. I hope I can get my browser so I can start posting. I found the 'old' way easy. Sure as shootin' the minute everything's going well, it gets changed.

Well Bruce, as you may have noticed, I haven't been posting for a long time. My browser is still hiding
from me. It will remain in hiding because I'm on lockdown and have not been able to have someone who could find it come in.
2 residents have gotten the virus and we are confined to our room for 2 weeks.
Hope you are doing well. Stay safe.
