The longer chat queue could be related to their strict weekly holiday rules, the covid complications for workers or both.
In our case, Amazon would have been quicker. But, we are "loyalists".
No guarantee these days with Amazon Prime on when the item gets shipped, even when the item is a Prime item. Some things get to my house the next day, some take a week. Blame it on the virus, which disrupted many businesses.
